My mission is to support women in feeling confident to move in the direction of their dreams to claim a life of FREEDOM though sharing their passions and working to better humanity.

In 2019 I was laid off from my corporate-style job where I was working 80 hours a week. This presented an opportunity for me to pivot and follow my heart down the yogic path. This shift also created space for me to sit with unprocessed trauma and embark on an inward journey to heal. I was introduced to breathwork, which had a profound impact, and led me to dedicating myself to being of service to others, so they too could heal from the past. I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began hosting women’s circles within the first two weeks of starting the program. I went on to complete several more yoga trainings and was attuned as a Reiki Master.

In 2020, I launched my brand, Mystic Alchemy, and set out to support women in embodying confidence through the use of various techniques such as Reiki and Deeksha, as well as somatic practices, including yoga, breathwork, and dance.

After creating consistency in my business, I took a massive leap of faith and moved to Tulum, Mexico to go full time on my healing business and live freely in my dream destination. I partnered with other facilitators to curate several retreat experiences, but my heart had began to call me to something new. I realized that in order to create an even larger impact on humanity, it was important for me to share the skills I’d acquired to support other healing arts practitioners in building personal brands, creating a ripple effect that will touch the lives of many more people.

Now, I utilize my experience building Mystic Alchemy, seventeen years in sales, and my degree in Business Management to teach women how to create service-based brands.

As your mentor, I’ll teach you how to create a personal brand centered around your passions that utilizes your skill sets to transform the lives of the clients you serve, and ultimately gives you the time, location, and financial freedom you desire and deserve!
